Mr. Doherty has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and he is well versed in design development, estimating, contract administration, scope control, budgeting, scheduling and project closeout. He has managed projects large and small in the commercial pulp and paper, building materials, power and high tech industries. During his time with Pacific Construction Management, Mr. Doherty has managed projects in several states and ranging in value from under $1 million to over $240 million. |

Mr. Miller has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His background includes such diverse projects as large civil works overseas for the Corps of Engineers to major commercial and industrial projects across the United States. His experience ranges from pulp and paper to food processing to steel mills to high rise commercial buildings. |

Mr. Persinger has 8 years of experience in the United States Navy. He led the engineering department as a nuclear reactor operator, and has been responsible for a variety of large electrical and instrumentation refit projects. He has overseen numerous plant shutdowns and startups, and he has planned and executed several extensive plant overhauls. During his time with Pacific Construction Management, Mr. Persinger has managed a heavy industrial project in the Pacific Northwest. |
